Overlooking the rolling hills of the Palouse, the GAH Phase 2 building is the new home to the regionally and nationally significant Washington Animal Disease Diagnostic Lab (WADDL). This 67,500SF cutting edge lab and research building provides animal disease detection and food safety testing and is on a front line defense against emerging and foreign diseases and food-borne illnesses. The lighting design responds to the varied needs of the building-highly technical requirements within the various necropsy, disease surveillance, research and teaching labs and the welcoming lobby space and collaborative work and breakout spaces throughout the building.
